Ducati continues to grow and produce motorbikes that make people dream. In 2017 the Casa di Borgo Panigale delivered 55.871 motorcycles to customers all over the world, consolidating the success of the previous year (55.451) and confirming the positive trend that characterized the company over the past eight years

The whole range of models contributed to this result, confirming the constant and continuous consensus by of Ducati fans all over the world. Particularly appreciated the family Multistrada which in 2017 has expanded with the unpublished Multistrada 950 . Good sales of the family Monster of the SuperSport and of the exclusive 1299 Superleggera whose 500 units were purchased even before the start of production, at the price of 80,000 euros .
Scrambler has confirmed the success of the previous two years, strengthening, with the Desert Sled and Café Racer, the range of bikes proposed with this new brand. A total of 14.061 units delivered in 2017, which significantly participated in the overall sales result.
Important growth in Italy which closes the 2017 with + 12%, with 8,806 bikes delivered . Positive sales trend also in Europe where Ducati overall increased deliveries by 4% for a total of 31,123 units. Significant growth on the Spanish market, which recorded an increase in sales of 28.3%
In the United States which confirms the first market for Ducati, deliveries increased by 1.3 % for a total of 8,898 motorcycles sold. Argentina is growing, where sales have recorded a + 66%
In the Asian markets, Ducati delivered a total of 5,805 motorcycles, also strengthening its presence in China (+ 31%), where it was doubled the sales network, from 9 to 18 dealers

The positive closing of 2017 allows Ducati to look to the future with optimism and confidence. For 2018 the product range is, if possible, even stronger and more innovative. Among all stands out the Panigale V4 the first motorcycle produced in series by the Bolognese House to be equipped with a four-cylinder engine, strictly derived from the Desmosedici of MotoGP, the result of the largest investment made in a single product in the company's history. The new Scrambler 1100 adds a totally new dimension to the Scrambler world ® made of technology, performance, very high quality finishes, dimensions and maximoto comfort. Multistrada 1260 brings an important technological evolution in the Multistrada world, with a high-resolution dashboard, electronic gearbox and a lot more torque at intermediate speeds, ideal for a sporty touring. The new 2018 bikes are completed by a renewed Monster 821 and the 959 Panigale Corse.
